To be a Recruiter, you must be based in the US and have a US bank account. You may not currently be employed by a Jewish organization full time. If you meet these requirements, you can be sign up to be a Recruiter! It does not matter whether or not you’ve been on a Birthright trip yourself. If you have friends or family you’d like to refer, register to become a Recruiter now and send them your referral link!

After you complete the Recruiter Registration form (here), our team will review your application. Once you are approved, which could take a few hours to a few days, you’ll receive a welcome email titled “Welcome to the Birthright Recruiters Program!” In the body of the email, you’ll find your personalized URL referral link. Anyone who applies for a Birthright trip through your link and participates in their trip, counts towards the money you earn!

Each week, you’ll receive an automated email with an updated list of the applicants you’ve recruited. You’ll also be able to see what stage of the application process they are in, as well as their contact information so you can keep in touch with them and help them progress through their application. Weekly updates come out Tuesdays at 3pm EST.

You can see the breakdown of the earnings and bonus structure in the registration form and in your welcome email. Just remember, you must recruit a minimum of five participants to qualify for payment, but you will get paid retroactively for the first four referrals as long as you reach the minimum requirement.

You’ll get paid based on everyone you recruit who actually goes on their Winter 2025/26 or Summer 2026 Birthright trip. You’ll receive your payment in August 2026
